Day 1 (Wed) Amsterdam - Brussels - Paris
Our tour guide will meet you in front of the Burger King (at 8:30AM) after you pass the custom. Our day begins with a drive to Brussels, the Belgium capital, before we arrive, stop for a photo at the Atomium, monument of the first World Fair after WW II, took place in Brussels in 1958. Then drive to the city center, enjoy an orientation at the beautiful Grand' Place and the Mannenken Pis. After, we drive to the most splendid city - Paris, overnight at hotel after dinner.
Day 2 (Thur) Paris
Today, driver takes us to visit the glorious Palace of Versailles, built as a hunting lodge by Louis XIII, then developed to majority and taking on full royal power by Louis XIV. It remained the residence of the royal family since 1722 until the Revolution of 1789. After, we will enjoy a sight seeing tour of the Arc de Triomphe, then a drive along the Champs Elysees to the Place de la Concorde, where the royal and many aristocracy members were guillotined during the Revolution. We will then drive up to the Hotel des Invalides, where the Tombean de Napoleon 1 is also located. Later, we will feature the ascent of the Eiffel Tower, and a relaxing scenic Seine Cruise featuring such highlights as Notre Dame Cathedral and Pont Alexandre III . Then transfer to hotel for overnight after dinner. ( if clients interested in visiting the splendid Paris or Seine Cruise after dinner, our tour guide would be pleased to arrange it for you)
Day 3 (Fri) Paris
Our morning visit is one of the world's greatest art museums -The Louvre, enjoy the sight of Venus de Milo, Winged Victory of Samthrace (also called Nike of Samothrace) and the most famous work by Leonardo da Vinci - Mona Lisa. After lunch, you will have your own time for shopping. Back to hotel after dinner.
Day 4 (Sat) (Sat) Paris - Reims - Luxembourg
This morning, we will take our journey along the beautiful countryside of France to Reims, the capital of Champagne, an old province of France made world famous by its Champagne sparkling wine. Reims played a very important role in French history, as it was the place where the kings of France were crowned since the 11th century. Thus the Cathedral of Reims became the most important heritage here. Later, we will drive ahead to Luxembourg, the only remaining Grand Duchy. On our arrival, enjoy the orientation at the Place de Constitution, the canyon in the city and Pont Adophe. After dinner, transfer to hotel for overnight in Luxembourg or a city nearby.
Day 5 (Sun) Luxembourg - Trier - Koblenz - Frankfurt
Today, our first visit is Trier, the German's oldest city has been named as 'Second Rome' since Constantine the great has administrated in here for 10 years. The best known place from our orientation is the Porta Nigra, it is the most well-preserved roman city gate north of Alps, also the birthplace of the influential philosopher Karl Marx, the Karl Mars Haus is situated in the house where he was born. After, we will drive to Koblenz, the confluence of the Rhine and the Mosel. We will have lunch in this famous scenic place, and take the cruise along the Rhine, to spend your precious moment with your family and friends. Re-aboard from the cruise drive will takes us to Frankfurt am with stop over in Rudesheim. On our arrival in Frankfurt, enjoy our orientation in the Saint Paul's Church, Romer, which was completely destroyed in WW II, but rebuilt afterwards. After dinner, transfer to hotel for overnight.
Day 6 (Mon): Frankfurt - Prague
This morning we head east to the capital of Czech Republic, Prague, one of the liveliest cultural cities in Europe since the Velvet Revolution(overnight in Prague)
Day 7 (Tue): Prague
Our morning sightseeing tour highlights are St. Vitus Cathedral; beautiful gardens Na Valech and Rajska Zahrada; Golden Lane; Charles Bridge and the Old Town Square with its Astronomical Clock. In the afternoon spend time at the Wenceslas Square, there are a lot of theatres, cinemas, restaurants, shops, stores and banks around. The St. Wenceslas Statue and the National Museum are nearby. (overnight in Prague)
Day 8(Wed): Prague - Bratislava - Budapest
After breakfast, we drive to the capital of Bratislava, Slovakia. In 1992 Czechoslovakia's Parliament voted to split the country into the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Bratislava has played an important role during the prehistoric times. Visit the St. Martin's Cathedral was used for the coronation of many famous kings and queens.(overnight in Budapest)
Day 9 (Thu): Budapest - Vienna
After breakfast, sightseeing Budapest t is the 'Paris of Eastern Europe'. The city is separated into two cities. Hilly Buda is situated in the west, flat Pest lies to the east. Here you visit the Fisherman's Bastion, Matthias Church, Elizabeth Bridge and Heroes Square. Leaving Budapest in the afternoon and driving to the capital of Austria, Vienna. (Vienna is the musical capital of the world, you may check with your tour guide to arrange a concert of Classical music for you). (overnight in Vienna).
Day 10 (Fri): Vienna - Salzburg
After breakfast, visit Empress Maria Theresa's favourite palace at Schonbrunn, former summer residence of the Imperial family and considered one of the most beautiful baroque palaces in Europe. Also Stadtpark, and the popular Johann Strauss monument, the Parliament, World-famous Opera House, Monument to the Soviet soldier and impressive baroque church of St. Charles Borromeo. A stroll along the Kartnerstrasse with its glamorous boutiques brings us to St Stephen's Cathedral. In the afternoon we pass the Abbey of Melk on the river Danube as we drive to Salzburg. Here you sightseeing on foot, Mozart's birthplace and some of the places associated with the film 'The Sound of Music'. (overnight in Salzburg).
Day 11 (Sat): Salzburg - Lucerne
After breakfast, leaving Salzburg and will arrive Lucerne in Central Switzerland in the afternoon. Visit the Medieval town Lucerne, walk on the wooden Kapell Bridge, the lovely lake Lucerne and see the Lion Monument, enjoy the free time to shop for Swiss watches and other Swiss specialities. (overnight in Lucerne).
Day 12 (Sun): Lucerne - Zurich - Rhein Falls - Titisee - Frankfurt
After breakfast, leaving Lucerne to Zurich is largest city and the financial centre of the Switzerland. Visit Rhine Falls is the largest waterfall at Schaffhausen, driving through the fairytale Black Forest to where the cuckoo-clock was first invented by Titisee. Lunch at Titisee, and taste their most famous Black Forest cake for your dessert. We will arrive to Frankfurt in the evening.
Day 13 (Mon) Frankfurt - Bonn - Cologne - Amsterdam
Today, we will drive ahead to Bonn, the capital of 'West Germany' from the year 1949 to 1990, and enjoy our orientation to the historic Town Hall, Ludwig Van Beethoven Haus. Then the drive takes us to Cologne, site of the Cologne Cathedral, the most famous heritage in this city, and may be the shopping area will be another attraction to you? After lunch, we will proceed back to Amsterdam, after dinner, transfer to hotel.
Day 14 (Tue) Amsterdam - Hometown
In the morning, our bus will drop off at the airport and flight back to your hometown.
